What you'll be doing

As a Kitchen Steward, you'll play a vital role in supporting our culinary operations and ensuring our kitchens maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating commercial dishwashing equipment and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Cleaning, organising, and storing kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment.
- Assisting with waste removal and maintaining hygienic work areas.
- Supporting chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contributing to a safe, clean,



and efficient workplace environment.

About you

We're looking for team players who:

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Are comfortable with physically active work, including lifting, carrying, and cleaning duties.
- Can follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Have previous experience in a stewarding, kitchen hand, cleaning, or similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Are available to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
