About us

CFS is an established freight and logistics business that has grown every year, driven by a strong product that delivers real savings for our clients in a fast-moving, evolving industry. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for driven people who want to grow personally and professionally, take ownership of their success, and be rewarded for the results they deliver.

The role

As a Logistics Consultant, you’ll find and win new business, build strong relationships with clients, and help them get more out of their freight. You’ll own your pipeline from first contact to close, selling a product you can believe in, with the support of an experienced sales team behind you.

What you’ll do

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Australian transport market
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Analyse freight data, including cost, transit times, and carrier performance, to find savings and inefficiencies for clients
- Prepare and deliver proposals and sales presentations

- Keep a healthy pipeline of prospects to drive consistent growth
- Hit and exceed your sales targets
- Keep internal systems up to date so every opportunity is tracked

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in B2B sales. Freight or logistics experience is a bonus, but not essential
- A hunter mindset: comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and building a pipeline from scratch
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with numbers and data
- Self-motivated, coachable, and keen to grow
- Experience using a CRM

What’s in it for you

- $75,000-$85,000 base salary + super + uncapped commission.
- A proven product and a growing business, so you’re not starting from nothing
- Transparent pathway to grow as the business scales
- Ongoing training and support from an experienced sales team
- A supportive, high-performance culture where results are recognised
