Requirements

Essential

- Fluent Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) due to the communication needs and demographics of the local patient community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Willingness and ability to work across different clinic locations based on operational requirements.

Desirable

- Previous customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or administration experience.
- Experience working in a healthcare or medical environment is advantageous but not required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn medical practice software.
- Experience with Medicare, medical billing, or health insurance processes is highly regarded.

Licences & Certifications

- Current CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to meet any required vaccination and healthcare compliance requirements.
