Key Requirements and Responsibilities
- Extensive maintenance industry experience and a solid network of reliable trades and contractors.
- Ability to assess jobs, determine appropriate solutions and manage delivery independently, with strong technical expertise and sound judgement.
- Manage client relationships, provide timely reports and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage contractors and verify that their proposed and completed work scopes meet client requirements.
- Review contractor quotations, control costs and variations, and maintain project profitability.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and applicable site safety and compliance requirements.
