As we expand our international retail presence, we are seeking an experienced National Account Manager – Beauty & Cosmetics to lead our retail business development in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and establish partnerships with major Australian retail chains, including Kmart, Target, Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, and other leading beauty retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and key decision-makers.
- Lead retail account acquisition, product presentations, commercial negotiations, and new product listings.
- Identify and develop local distributors, importers, and strategic retail partners.
- Drive nationwide retail expansion and in-store product distribution.
- Develop commercial strategies, pricing proposals, promotional plans, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with our international team on product launches, marketing activities, and retail execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and retail performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or national retail account management.
- Proven experience working directly with major Australian retail chains, preferably Kmart, Target, Priceline,



or Chemist Warehouse.
- Demonstrated success in securing new retail listings and managing key retail accounts.
- Established professional relationships with retail buyers and category managers.
- Strong negotiation, commercial planning, and business development skills.
- Experience in affordable or mass-market cosmetics is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Based in Australia and able to travel for retail meetings as required.
