This role is responsible for leading the operational management, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise data services and platforms. It ensures the reliability, availability, and efficiency of data systems through robust service management practices, proactive lifecycle oversight, and alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic priorities.

The position provides end-to-end accountability for operational service delivery, including incident, problem, and request management, while acting as the primary point of contact for data service operations. It also oversees the lifecycle of data platforms, driving optimisation, upgrades, and risk remediation to maintain sustainable, high-performing systems.

A key component of the role is leading and developing a team of technical specialists,



fostering a high-performance and accountable culture, and ensuring capability to meet evolving operational demands.
