About the role

Lead operational delivery, performance and growth, ensuring quality, safe, sustainable and personalised care. From innovating workforce management practices, risk mitigation and coaching your team through complex consumer needs you’ll strengthen effective partnerships with stakeholders, while building retention, culture and capability.

About you

As an experienced and effective leader you’ll bring strong experience and thrive in a continually evolving sector. With energy, curiosity and strategic thinking you’ll incorporate evidence based best practice and inspire others to do the same. You’ll bring analytical thinking, project management experience and the confidence to manage change, influence stakeholders and navigate complex situations to drive positive outcomes.

Your key experience will include:

- Tertiary qualifications in Health Care, Business Management, Leadership or a related discipline are highly desired
- In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care sector, regulatory and quality requirements
- Excellence relationship engagement, influencing and negotiation practices
- Analytical and critical thinking, partnered with a strategic orientation and experience managing large diverse budgets to deliver operational targets
- A commitment to person-centred practice in undertaking work and a commitment to continuous learning




- Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance, Responsible Person and Insolvency Clearances
