As a patent lawyer, you will need to:
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements
- Manage patent portfolio, including invention harvesting, filing strategies, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement
- Advise business leaders, engineers, and researchers on patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement risks
- Support dispute resolution and litigation related to patent and intellectual property matters
- Previous experience in mining, resources, construction or engineering sectors

- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
- Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
