Expressions of Interest are invited from current Thomas More College staff for the position of Learning Leader – Cross Disciplinary (POR 1). This role provides leadership for curriculum, pedagogy and assessment across Cross Disciplinary subjects, with a focus on student agency, applied learning and pathway development.
Interested staff are invited to submit a cover letter addressing:
1. Why you, why the role, why now? Outline your motivation for applying, the experience and strengths you would bring to the role, and why this leadership opportunity is of interest to you at this point in your qualified journey.
2. Describe how you have used and/or led staff to use student data, curriculum mapping, innovation, and documented planning processes to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and improve outcomes for all learners.
