This position is open to internal applicants only. Expressions of Interest are invited from current Thomas More College staff for the position of Director of Middle School Wellbeing (POR 3). This leadership role is responsible for leading the culture and practices of student wellbeing across Years 7-9, overseeing wellbeing case management, supporting student engagement and attendance, and leading a team focused on positive student outcomes within a restorative framework.
