Working closely with Sales, Services and Microsoft, the role will lead customer discovery, executive AI workshops, business value assessments, solution design, demonstrations and Proof of Value activities, helping customers translate AI opportunities into practical solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead customer discovery sessions, executive AI workshops and business value assessments to uncover and qualify high-value Copilot opportunities.
- Shape Microsoft Copilot solutions and use cases that align customer requirements with productivity, transformation and business outcomes.
- Deliver customer demonstrations, presentations and Proof of Value activities to support chance progression and Copilot adoption.
- Develop solution designs,



proposals and customer-facing materials that clearly articulate technical capability and business value.
- Support Microsoft-funded programmes and collaborate with Microsoft, Sales and Services teams to progress strategic Copilot opportunities.
- Enable sales teams with Copilot positioning and identify complementary services opportunities across adoption, enablement, governance, security, change management and AI transformation.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI and related Modern Work technologies.
- Solid technical presales, solution consulting and customer discovery capability.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration and workshop facilitation skills, including engagement with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer business challenges into practical Copilot use cases, solution approaches and value propositions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology opportunities with broader professional services.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across customers, Sales, Services and Microsoft.

About You

- You bring experience in technical presales, solution consulting, Microsoft technologies, AI consulting or a related customer-facing technology role.




- You have hands-on experience positioning Microsoft Copilot, AI, Microsoft 365 or related Modern Work solutions with customers.
- You are comfortable leading customer discovery, executive conversations, demonstrations and Proof of Value activities.
- You can connect technical capabilities to business value and articulate how AI can improve productivity and transform ways of working.
- You understand the importance of adoption, governance, security and change management in delivering successful Copilot outcomes.
- You are commercially minded, proactive and enjoy working across different teams to turn customer opportunities into successful outcomes.
