We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager - Operations who enjoys bringing people together, solving complex problems and turning plans into practical outcomes.

In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and Service to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects. You’ll help keep projects moving, bring stakeholders together and ensure operational requirements, risks and opportunities are considered early.

You’ll also play an important role in operational readiness, helping ensure new processes, systems, equipment and ways of working are ready for successful implementation.

What You’ll Bring

You’re a practical, confident project professional who can see the bigger picture while staying close to the operational detail.



You’ll ideally bring:

- 5-10 years’ relevant experience, with hands-on experience in an operational environment such as Production, Warehouse or Field Service
- Project Management qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in medical device manufacturing and/or operations
- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A practical, commercially minded approach with the confidence to influence, challenge and drive outcomes
- An organised and adaptable approach, with the resilience to navigate complexity and ambiguity
