Head Installer - High-End Residential Joinery

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head Installer to join a respected joinery business specialising in high-end, custom residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled installer who takes pride in their workmanship, understands the importance of precision and wants to take ownership of delivering exceptional results.

Working across bespoke residential projects, you will play a key role in bringing custom joinery designs to life, leading installations and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and finish.

The Role

- Lead and oversee the installation of bespoke residential joinery.

- Work across high-end custom homes, installing premium cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes and architectural joinery.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.

- Coordinate on-site installation activities to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

- Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy, workmanship and attention to detail.

- Liaise with builders, site managers, project managers and other trades.

- Identify and resolve on-site challenges while maintaining quality and project timelines.

- Ensure installations are completed safely, professionally and to specification.

- Take ownership of the finished product and represent the business professionally in office.

About You





- Proven experience installing custom joinery, ideally within high-end residential projects.

- Previous experience leading an installation team or taking responsibility for site installations.

- Strong ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.

- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium finish.

- Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently, manage priorities and coordinate with other trades.

- Reliable, professional and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
