Role Description This is a, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Registered

Nurse will deliver safe, high-quality cosmetic and clinical treatments in accordance with best-practice nursing standards and company protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough client consultations, assessing suitability for treatments, obtaining informed consent, and developing individualized treatment plans. The role involves administering a range of cosmetic procedures, monitoring client responses, documenting treatment outcomes,



and escalating any clinical concerns where appropriate.

The Registered

Nurse will collaborate with clinic therapists and medical practitioners, educate clients on aftercare and treatment options, support infection control and safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming, professional clinic environment.

Qualifications

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and eligibility to practice in Australia.
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and safe administration of cosmetic or dermatologic procedures.
- Strong client communication, consultation, and education skills, with a focus on informed consent and client-centered care.
- Commitment to infection control, clinical safety, and adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and to build positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail in documentation, record keeping, and follow-up care, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in cosmetic nursing, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is highly regarded but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- Willingness to work clinic hours, including evenings or weekends as required, and to participate in ongoing career development.
