Visa Solutions Australia is looking for a Senior Admin Assistant to join our South Perth team and support our Registered Migration Agents (RMAs).

This is an ideal role for a recent migration graduate who is ready to take the next step towards RMA registration.

About the role

You will provide high-level administrative and case-preparation support to our RMAs across a range of visa classes, including review and appeals matters, cancellations, and health and character issues.

What you’ll do

- Prepare client instructions, document lists and visa applications for RMA review before lodgement
- Draft statements, statutory declarations and submissions for RMA review
- Maintain accurate case files and provide weekly caseload updates to your supervising RMA
- Follow up with clients and sponsors and track RFI deadlines
- Handle incoming calls and routine correspondence with clients and DHA
- Support RMAs with research on migration legislation and policy
- Attend client meetings in a support capacity

What you’ll bring (must-have)

- Graduated from a recognised migration qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice)
- Passed the migration exam (Capstone assessment)




- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Current Australian work rights
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Very strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Highly regarded

- Legal, research or migration/legal practice experience
- Additional languages (e.g. Vietnamese)
