Ensure field changes are assessed for safety, quality, cost, schedule and performance impacts, approved through the required change-management process and incorporated into redlines and as-built records.
Conduct internal audits and site inspections to confirm compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality requirements and applicable standards.
Coordinate E&I; interfaces with civil, structural, mechanical, piping, gas turbine, substation, gas delivery, network service provider and commissioning teams.
Lead short-term planning, schedule reviews, progress measurement, productivity reporting and labour, materials and equipment forecasting.
Monitor package budgets, commitments, earned progress, subcontractor claims, variations and cost forecasts.
