Senior Geotechnical Engineer – Technical Lead | AscentGeo | Warriewood, Sydney

AscentGeo is a boutique geotechnical consultancy working across Sydney's residential, development and infrastructure sectors. We're looking for a senior engineer to lead our technical work.

What you'll do

- Lead technical review and sign-off of investigations, reports and designs
- Take on our complex work: slope stability, excavation support, retaining walls, foundations, groundwater
- Mentor engineering geologists and junior engineers, and set our technical standards
- Work closely with the directors on scoping and technical input to proposals
- Help shape the future direction of the business

What you'll bring

- 8+ years in geotechnical consulting,



with strong Sydney experience and industry knowledge
- CPEng/NER, or ready to get there within 12 months (we'll support you)
- A real interest in developing people and working as part of a small team
