We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist - Data Migration to support a major Microsoft 365 transformation program within a large Queensland Government organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering data migrations for schools moving to a modern Microsoft 365 environment.

What we are looking for:

- Strong experience delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 migration projects
- Hands-on experience with ShareGate, SharePoint Migration Manager or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft 365
- Experience migrating data from file servers and legacy environments
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, APIs and automation
- Experience with migration validation, reconciliation and reporting
- Robust troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
