We are looking for experienced professionals across the following domains:

ServiceNow ITOM Consultant (x1)

ServiceNow AI Consultant (x1)

ServiceNow UX Consultant (x1)

What You'll Do

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will:

- Lead customer workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions
- Analyze existing ServiceNow environments and identify optimization opportunities
- Provide strategic and technical recommendations aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Engage with architects, platform owners, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Drive platform maturity, governance, adoption, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver executive-ready assessment reports, roadmaps, and advisory recommendations

We're Looking For Professionals With Expertise In One or More of the Following Areas:

? ITOM – CMDB, Discovery,



Service Mapping, Event Management, and platform architecture

? AI & Automation – ServiceNow AI, Generative AI, intelligent workflows, automation strategy, and AI adoption roadmaps

? User Experience (UX) – UI Builder, Workspaces, Employee Center, Service Portal, user journeys, and platform adoption

Mandatory Requirements

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Robust consulting, advisory, and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent workshop facilitation and executive communication skills
- Australian Citizenship (Mandatory)
