Take ownership of service delivery across a busy retail environment where safety, customer experience and operational excellence are critical. Working closely with contractors, stakeholders and in office teams, you will help ensure the centre operates efficiently while delivering outstanding outcomes for customers, retailers and visitors.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the leadership and management of contractor engagements across the asset.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, retailers and key stakeholders.
- Build strong internal partnerships to support operational objectives.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Complete compliance, governance and reporting requirements accurately and on time.
- Coordinate emergency management follow-up investigations and corrective actions.
- Promote and demonstrate safe work practices across the site.
- Ensure customer outcomes remain a priority across all service delivery activities.
- Review work processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead the training, development and ongoing coaching of direct reports.
- Monitor team performance and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.

About you

- Experience in services, facilities or operations management within retail, property or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated contractor and stakeholder management capability.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk and workplace health and safety practices.
- Experience leading teams and developing employee capability.
- Financial awareness with exposure to budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
