THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Site Foreman to join our Sydney team.

You will run the day to day activity on site, making sure works are delivered safely, to program and in line with the drawings, specifications and quality requirements. Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractors, you will keep trades sequenced, materials on site and the project ready for each stage of the build, while maintaining strong relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholders onsite.

What You’ll Do

You'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating site-based delivery activities, including:

- Maintaining short term programs, site diaries and daily coordination records
- Coordinating materials, plant and equipment, and monitoring preliminaries spend
- Supervising trades and site labour to ensure safe and productive delivery
- Communicating regularly with subcontractors and supporting site meetings
- Managing site safety, inductions, compliance and reporting requirements
- Monitoring workmanship against drawings, specifications and codes
- Supporting consultant inspections and authority access, and closing out punch lists and defects





What You’ll Bring You are a confident site leader who thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment and takes pride in delivering projects to the highest standard. You will also bring:

- 5+ years' experience delivering commercial construction projects in a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role

- Good understanding of trade interfaces and construction sequencing
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Ability to prioritise, solve problems and make decisions in a busy site environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with subcontractors and clients
- Experience using construction management software, with Procore and HammerTech experience highly regarded
- Relevant building or construction qualifications
- Current White Card
