We are looking for a dedicated Swim School Manager to step into a high-visibility leadership role at our Sandringham facility.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take full ownership of the Sandringham Learn to Swim program and daily facility operations. You will lead by example, mentoring instructors, engaging with parents, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality.

Key Focus Areas:

- Operations & Service Excellence:



Oversee daily swim school operations in line with BlueFit systems and service benchmarks.
- Team Leadership: Coach, schedule, and inspire a team of passionate swim instructors to deliver exceptional lessons.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with members and families, handling feedback with care and warmth.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify growth opportunities to enhance program quality, student retention, and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- The Leader: A warm, inclusive leader with exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for aquatic education.
- The Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to engage comfortably with parents, staff, and leadership.
- Qualifications (or willingness to obtain before start date):
- Swim Teaching Qualification: SISSS00112 (or AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia equivalent)
- First Aid & CPR: HLTAID011 Provide First Aid & HLTAID009 Provide CPR
- Clearances: Valid VIC Working with Children Check (Employee status)
