We are now looking for a high performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our partnership with our Retail and Consumer Goods client. This is a fantastic contract opportunity to work onsite with a highly regarded client while also enjoying the support of the Harrier team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality talent outcomes for a wide variety of Corporate roles. You’ll:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of Corporate positions, for example, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising
- Work onsite 2 to 3 days per week at our client's office, approx 12km West of Sydney CBD
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
- Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I;, process optimisation, and recruitment technology
We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally, you’ll have:
- 2-5 years proven end-to-end Corporate recruitment experience in industries such as Retail and Consumer Goods/FMCG
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
- A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
- Robust communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
- A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
