UNSW College is a leading provider of university pathway programs and career-focused qualifications, equipping students from around the world with the knowledge, skills and confidence to thrive at university and in an evolving world of work. We are committed to delivering high-quality education, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and supporting students throughout their academic journey.
About the Role
We are seeking a collaborative and organised TNE Operations and Engagement Coordinator to join our team on a full time fixed term basis until 14 January 2028. This role offers the opportunity to work in a genuine international environment. Our Transnational Education (TNE) team manages a diverse and growing network of education partnerships across Asia, helping create opportunities for students who might not otherwise have a pathway to study at a world top 20 university.
While the ultimate focus of our work is on student success, this is primarily a business-to-business (B2B) role, working directly with our international education partners rather than students. It offers a unique opportunity to develop strong skilled relationships, engage across different cultures and contribute to the growth and quality of UNSW College's international education network.
Your day to day will consist of:
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of administrative and operational frameworks to ensure the effective delivery, compliance, and sustainable growth of TNE programs.
- Lead the establishment and integration of new TNE providers and centres into UNSW College systems, ensuring records are accurate, maintained, and communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Along with the Senior TNE Coordinator, monitor and support provider compliance with academic, student support, admissions, and enrolment obligations; coordinate the provision and dissemination of key resources to ensure standards are met
- Manage teacher onboarding processes within UNSW College systems, including delivery of induction activities, coordination of professional development resources, and oversight of training compliance
- Collaborate with academic and professional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
For further details on role responsibilities and skills & experience required, please refer to the position description on our career page.
What makes you perfect for the role?
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Demonstrated extensive experience in coordination and administration.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a busy team.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, problem-solve, devise or improve administrative systems, delegate and supervise casual staff on operational matters.
- Excellent computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets using MS Office software, and databases, including familiarity with student management systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to high standards of customer service and quality educational delivery.
- A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and providing an outstanding student experience.
The good stuff…
At UNSW College, you'll become part of a collaborative and supportive community dedicated to helping students achieve their goals. We offer:
- Access to Fitness Passport, and UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre, colleague discounts
- UNSW Training
- Christmas leave (3 additional days during the University shutdown/Christmas period)
