We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our team in a full-time role, helping manufacture Vergola louvres, deliver materials to job sites and assist with installations when required.
No previous experience in louvre manufacturing is necessary, as full on-the-job training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with a good work ethic, a willingness to learn and a practical approach to getting the job done.
what the role involves
- Manufacturing Vergola louvres in our workshop.
- Delivering materials and equipment to job sites.
- Assisting our installation team with Vergola construction and installations as required.
- Carrying out occasional maintenance duties when needed.
- Travelling to regional NSW locations, including Wollongong, Wagga Wagga and Merimbula, as required.
- Helping maintain a protected, organised and productive workshop and worksite.

- Someone who enjoys practical,
hands-on work and is willing to learn new skills.
- A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel to job sites.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to start immediately.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, trade assistance or similar hands-on work would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. what we offer
