Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid Wireless Network Engineer role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Wireless Network

Engineer will design, implement, and support wireless network infrastructure for a range of commercial environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include design, configuring and maintaining network hardware and software, monitoring performance, and proactively identifying and resolving connectivity issues. The role involves conducting site surveys, optimizing wireless coverage, managing network administration tasks, and implementing security best practices. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, document configurations and changes,



and provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Wireless Networking and Network Design.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Engineering and Network Administration skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving network issues.
- Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi technologies, network security, and monitoring tools is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications such as CWNP, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or similar are an advantage.
- Experience with Ekahau Wireless design tools an advantage
- Experience deploying solutions from Cisco, Meraki, HPE Aruba, Ruckus and Extreme Networks an advantage
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work safely in office and collaborate within a team.
