About You:
You bring:
10+ years' experience in transformation, change management or business readiness leadership
Experience supporting large-scale ERP, HCM or digital transformation programs
Strong consulting,
advisory or transformation office experience
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and executive coaching
Ability to connect change outcomes to operational performance and business value
Experience working across multiple regions and diverse stakeholder groups
Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday or similar enterprise platform experience highly regarded
