Hourglass Cosmetics in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising & Store Design Operations for ANZ & APAC. You will lead regional VM programs, drive store design standards, and align global guidelines with local markets across Australia, Recent Zealand and the broader APAC region. Collaborating with Global HQ and regional teams, you’ll manage timelines in Asana, oversee budgets, and coordinate with retailers and vendors to deliver on-brand visual activations.
