Clyde & Co Australia in Sydney is seeking an experienced commercial litigator (5–8 PQE) to join the Sydney team and work with Partner Luke O’Kane on complex, high-value insurance disputes and major loss matters. You will handle matters from incident to litigation, gain exposure to catastrophic injury and fatality claims, product liability, regulatory investigations and multi‑party disputes, and contribute to strategic coverage advice while supervising junior lawyers.
