This is a CFO role with an established aged care and retirement living provider entering an ambitious new chapter with a $200 million redevelopment planned over the next five years. You will shape financial strategy, feasibility, funding and investment decisions for the redevelopment, guide financial performance and governance for the $30M operating business, and serve as trusted financial adviser to the Board. You will lead the Audit and Risk Committee and have a broad executive remit including finance, property, asset management and outsourced IT relationships. You will join an established, capable finance team with mature financial processes.

About you

CA or CPA qualifications

Essential aged care experience in residential aged care, retirement living or home care

Strong strategic and operational finance leadership, governance and commercial judgement

Experience in capital investment, financial modelling and funding arrangements

Confidence to influence, communicate and challenge constructively

Energy, resourcefulness and genuine willingness to get involved
