Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries. We’re expanding our team for the summer and looking for additional casual team members to join us during December and January. Candidates can commence any time from now. Availability across

weekdays, weekends, and public holidays over the Christmas and New Year period

is essential. Ongoing casual shifts may be available after the summer period. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you’ll provide exceptional service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme), private bathing areas and the spa lounge. Key responsibilities include: Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables Explain menu items and take food and beverage orders Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.
