Kaisercraft are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from Retail Managers to lead a potential new store in Maribyrnong!

This is the perfect opportunity for a retail leader (supervisor, team leader or assistant manager) who's ready to take the next step in their career!

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis , and the store will operate as a temporary site .

The Opportunity

- Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on monthly team budgets
- Employee monthly rosters
- Recruit, select and train like-minded team members
- Managing and developing a small team
- Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage and stock take




- Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising
- Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives

About You:

- You are looking for 20-25 hours per week, possibility of school hours
- Experience with managing a team
- The ability to lead by example, as well as coaching and training your team to deliver a high performing retail store
- The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
- A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products and drive your team to meet monthly targets
- Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
