The Department of Education in Melbourne is seeking an Incident Support Coordinator (Casual, VPS3 level) to provide high-quality phone support to school staff reporting incidents. You will collect information, assess risk, and guide callers on essential actions to safeguard students and continuity of education.

Casual staff are rostered on an as-needed basis within 8am–6pm, weekdays, typically during school terms.
