Love wine, good people and a excellent atmosphere? We're looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-minded casual floor staff to join the team at South Yarra Cellars.

We're a wine store and bar with a passion for great bottles, great service and creating a welcoming space for our guests. From helping customers discover their next favourite wine to pouring drinks across the bar, no two shifts are quite the same.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering warm, engaging and knowledgeable customer service.
- Serving wine, cocktails and other drinks across our bar and retail space.
- Helping customers explore our wine selection and discover new favourites.
- Assisting with daily venue operations, including opening, closing and maintaining a clean, inviting space.
- Getting involved in our wine events, bar takeovers and specialty weeks, including Negroni Week and other exciting collaborations.

What we're looking for

- A genuine interest in wine and hospitality.




- A friendly, confident personality and a passion for customer service.
- Previous hospitality experience, ideally in a bar, wine bar or retail environment.
- A reliable team player who takes pride in what they do.
- A willingness to learn, develop wine knowledge and get involved.
- Wine knowledge is a big plus, but a great attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry go a long way.
