Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour, part-time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, invites a hands-on hospitality leader to steer our bar, restaurant and conferencing operations. You’ll coach teams, craft cocktails, ensure exceptional service and guest experiences while working across a agile venue.

You’ll lead on the floor, support events, manage rostering and stock, and collaborate with kitchen and sales teams. Unrestricted Australian working rights are required.
