The Plaza Hotel, located at 600 George St in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Line Cook for a casual/part time role from 35 per hour. You’ll work across grill, pizza and fryer in a fast-paced kitchen and join a busy team in a CBD venue with good transport access.
We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years line experience, a strong eye for cleanliness and FIFO, and a can-do attitude to help with prep and other duties as needed. Shifts run Thursday and Friday from 12pm to 10pm.
