ANCA is seeking a Trade Assistant for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract at Bayswater North, Australia. You will support day-to-day machine shop operations, including cleaning, deburring, and preparation tasks per work instructions, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on manufacturing experience, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work within a team, prioritise tasks, and manage daily workload. Forklift experience is advantageous.
