About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising and supporting a team of employees to ensure safe, efficient, and productive shift operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and motivating the morning shift team
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory/team leadership experience is required.
- Allocating daily workloads and monitoring productivity
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Conducting shift reporting and documentation
- Operating a forklift safely and efficientlyA current forklift licence is required
- Communicating effectively with management and team members
- Driving accountability and continuous improvement

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High reliability and punctuality (essential for early starts)
- Current High Risk Forklift Licence (essential)
- Demonstrated protected forklift operation




- Must hold an open Australian Car Licence as a minimum (MR Truck License preferable)
- Must have sound knowledge of the Adelaide Metro area
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
- Permanent residents or citizenship only.
- Experience in food production or warehouse environments
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
