Catering HQ is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef and Kitchen Hand to join our amazing kitchen teams at Rowers on Cooks River. We have opportunities for all levels of kitchen experience to join our team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES





- Must display excellent prep, cooking and plating skills
- Demonstrate a keen interest in growing food trends, techniques and the ability to contribute to menu planning
- Solid emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes
- Ability to contribute to menu planning
- Ability to handle large service numbers
- Exceptional customer care and service skills and knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS
- Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
- Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn
- Honest and results focused – able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
