- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to your supervisor
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests at all times
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A positive and friendly attitude,
