- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Experience with Xestro patient management system (highly regarded but not essential)

- A current (or willing to obtain) National Police Check

Culture

People enjoy working here because the team is genuinely supportive and leadership is visible and accessible, providing daily guidance, and the clinic is well organised with clear systems - so you can focus on delivering a great patient experience. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who share our commitment to patient centred care.

Benefits

- Competitive hourly rate + super (commensurate with experience)

- Employee benefits such as birthday leave, company paid parental leave and reward & recognition programs

- Structured onboarding and full training from day one

- A supportive and collaborative admin team
