Silverchain is seeking a Home Care Worker in Melton and surrounding suburbs to help older community members stay independent at home. The role is casual, with a view to permanent part time, and includes making homes safer and more comfortable through practical support.

You will provide housekeeping, meal prep, transport, and social support, while adhering to safety standards. A driver’s licence and own vehicle are required, with training opportunities available.
