WAITSTAFF WANTED - EXPERIENCED WAITERS AND WAITRESSES

We are seeking experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Waitstaff to join our team at our well-established Italian restaurant.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for all our guests.

Key responsibilities

- Opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring everything is prepared and ready for service
- Completing daily cleaning duties before opening and at the end of each night
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, skilled table service
- Taking food and beverages orders accurately
- Entering orders into the POS system
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen regarding orders, dietary requirements and special requests.
- Preparing and serving beverages to customers
- Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable restaurant throughout service.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

To be considered for this position, applicants MUST:





- Hold a current RSA certificate
- Be available to work nights and weekends
- Have their own reliable transport, particularly for late-night finishes.
- Have previous experience working in the restaurant industry
- Be confident taking orders and using POS systems
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

You must be able to work independently, take initiative and remain professional during busy service periods.
