We're looking for a hands‑on Casual Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading shifts and supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the venue
- Opening and closing the venue, including late‑night closes
- Supervising bar operations and leading the team from the floor
- Delivering outstanding customer service in a high‑volume setting
- Maintaining compliance, safety and service standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous Duty Manager or Bar Supervisor experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
- Confidence managing busy late‑night trade
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
Essential Requirements
- Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification
- Ability to obtain and hold a RMLV
- Proven fast‑paced bar supervisory experience
- Full Australian working rights
