Retail General Hand - Pick Packing and retail support

We are seeking a reliable, organised and motivated Pick, Pack & Fulfilment Retail Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations and retail business. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely and dispatched promptly. The successful candidate will also assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, goods receiving and general store operations as required.

Key responsibilities

- Pick customer orders accurately using the order management system
- Check products, quantities, expiry dates and product condition before packing
- Pack orders securely and professionally to minimise damage during transit
- Print shipping labels, invoices and other required dispatch documentation
- Prepare orders for collection by courier and postal services within required timeframes
- Follow procedures for urgent orders, returns, exchanges and order discrepancies
- Receive incoming stock and check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Assist with unpacking, sorting, labelling and shelving products
- Replenish stock on retail shelves and maintain organised storage areas
- Assist with stock counts,



inventory checks and investigation of stock discrepancies

About you

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and confidence using order processing systems
- Ability to perform repetitive picking, packing and stock-handling tasks
- Ability to undertake physical work, including standing, bending and lifting within safe manual-handling limits
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in pick packing, warehousing, retail stock handling or e-commerce fulfilment
- Experience using Shopify, barcode scanners, inventory systems or courier dispatch platforms
