Social Futures in Tweed Heads is seeking a Part-Time Program Worker, Connecting Home, to support wrap-around housing services and strengthen family, social and cultural connections. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide intake, assessment and brief intervention supports, and contribute to holistic person-centred care while pursuing ongoing career development and wellbeing benefits.
