We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our aerospace team as an Employee. The successful candidate will work full‑time in our Australian office, supporting various projects within the aerospace industry. This role is ideal for someone with internship experience looking to further their career in this exciting field.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with research, analysis, and reporting on aerospace projects
– Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution
– Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
– Maintain accurate records of project progress and outcomes
– Support the implementation of current processes or technologies within the aerospace department
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
– Previous internship experience in the aerospace industry preferred
– Knowledge of aviation regulations and best practices
– Familiarity with project management principles
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
