Our Parts Department is one of Australia's leading Mazda wholesale operations, supplying genuine Mazda mechanical parts, panel parts and accessories to trade workshops, repairers, regional dealerships, retail customers and our own service departments throughout Victoria.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Parts Warehouse Storeperson to join our high-performing team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep thousands of parts moving efficiently through our warehouse each month. From receiving stock and replenishing inventory through to preparing customer orders for dispatch, you'll play an important role in helping our customers get the right parts, on time.

About the role

- Picking and packing orders for trade, retail, eBay and inter-dealership customers.

- Preparing orders, consignment notes and freight documentation for local, country and interstate deliveries.

- Coordinating and allocating drivers for daily trade deliveries.

- Packing and dispatching orders to dealerships and customers across Victoria and Australia.

- Receiving, unpacking, checking and binning incoming stock.

- Unloading delivery vehicles and receiving goods, including walkie stacker operation where required.

- Replenishing picking locations and locating new stock within the warehouse.

- Maintaining accurate stock locations and assisting with stocktakes and inventory control activities.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.

- Assisting with general warehouse duties and supporting the wider Parts Department as required.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous warehouse,



logistics or storeperson experience. Five or more years' experience would be highly regarded, although it is not essential.

- A strong work ethic and a reliable, practical and organised approach to work.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow direction.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Confidence working within a busy and collaborative team environment.

- The ability to safely undertake regular manual handling duties and be physically fit, including the ability to lift heavier items when required.

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Automotive, wholesale parts or dealership experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.

- Current Victorian drivers licence

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm. While regular rostered hours will apply, some flexibility may be required to cover team leave and operational requirements. No Saturday work is required.
