TeamKids in NSW is seeking a passionate Second in Charge (2IC) to lead the before/after school care service at The Oaks. This permanent, part-time role offers hands-on leadership and the opportunity to shape daily programs and safety practices for children.
You will work closely with the Director of Service, families, and school principals to deliver engaging activities, manage staff on split shifts, and promote a positive, fun setting that supports learning and wellbeing.
