Life Without Barriers in Wollongong is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker (Residential) to support 12–17-year-olds who have experienced trauma, abuse or neglect within our residential homes. You will help create a safe, homelike environment and build trust with young people.
This permanent part time and casual role requires flexibility to work afternoon, sleepover and weekend shifts, joining a dedicated team focused on developing independence and positive relationships.
